What to Expect:
September Camp Retreat
Escape to the lake for a weekend of movement, nature, creativity, and connection.
Wild & Well is Root to Rose Collective's signature retreat experience—a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend a weekend reconnecting with yourself in the outdoors. From yoga by the water and sound baths beneath the stars to creative workshops, campfires, sauna sessions, and quiet moments by the lake, every experience is thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and grounded.
Whether you're looking for adventure, rest, or simply a weekend to unplug, Wild & Well is an invitation to slow down, try something new, and enjoy the simple things.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter.
❋ Intentional StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Expert FacilitationLed by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive SpaceOur events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
